Hello! My name is Katie; I am an Illustrator & Educator based in Basildon, Essex. I use multimedia techniques to create illustrations that are vibrant and full of character. I enjoy playing with pattern, texture and eye-catching colour palettes, and I love to incorporate a little bit of humour into my work.

As part of my freelance practice, I also run workshops and contribute to community projects; facilitating and sharing creativity brings me a lot of joy! Alongside my creative work, I also work as a 1:1 tutor for children with additional needs.

I am happiest when I am sitting at my desk with some scissors and a glue stick. When I'm not cutting and sticking, I like rollerskating and hanging out with my cat (although not typically at the same time).
