Kaleidoscope: Pride in Romford 2026
In June 2026, I ran a drop-in Zine-Making workshop for Kaleidoscope Romford, at their ‘Pride in Romford’ LGBTQ+ market. As part of this project, I was also commissioned to create a collaborative Zine. I gathered input from attendees at the market and compiled these into a Zine titled “What Does Pride Mean To You?”. This Zine aimed to commemorate the event, as well as lifting up the voices of the LGBTQ+ community in the London Borough of Havering.
Bas-Arts-Index: Art & Smell
In May 2026, I joined Bas-Arts-Index for their “Art &” series. We facilitated a workshop titled “Art & Smell”, inspired by the work of artist Kate McLean. Participants were invited to explore Pitsea Market using their sense of smell. I then led some mark-making activities, where attendees were inspired to create abstract visual representations of the smells they had collected. The Hive Zine Fair, April 2026
In April 2026 I was part of The Hive Zine Fair in Chelmsford, Essex. I ran a drop-in workshop where attendees were invited to create collaged button badges. Havering London: Poetic Place
In March 2026 I joined Havering London for their ‘Poetic Place’ programme. I attended the final event of the programme; a poetry reading celebrating the work of local poets across Havering. Alongside the spoken word poetry, I facilitated a drop-in Zine-making workshop where participants could explore arange of materials to create their own poetry Zines.
Creative Basildon Family Fun Day, February 2026
In February 2026 I joined Creative Basildon for their family fun day. I facilitated a drop-in arts & crafts workshop where participants were invited to make collaged greetings cards for their loved ones.
